Site blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this latest document disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created development schemes to transform the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing different parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative disclosure.
